Hi John

I am a HCMC Committee member and live in Perth oddly enough.

This is a bit of a tentative query as I am not exactly sure what I am going to end up doing. I have bought 2 bikes (both Bultacos), one in NSW and the other in Melbourne. At this stage I am considering either racing at the Nationals on one of them and also utilising the fact that the HCMC is taking a container to and from the meeting to get both bikes back to Western Australia. I thought it would be an idea to ask clubs in both states if they or one of there members could assist in getting the bikes from where they are to Symmons Plains. I have sort of started to put feelers out but haven’t had any concrete offers.

Could you please let any of your members know who are intending on going to Tassie of my potential situation. The bikes are a Metralla 250 which is in South Melbourne and the bike in NSW is a TSS125. At this stage they would be on a one way trip across Bass Strait (but in my ever changing plans the potential to ride one of them at Mt Gambier and perhaps the Phillip Island Classic next year is mixed into the equation). Naturally I am willing to contribute to costs. My home number is 08 9444 7696 although email is always a good starting point. If need be I can get the TSS down from NSW to Melbourne just in case someone is feeling that generous.
Regards
