Hi, Has any one got any idea how i can get my rotor off the Alternator. I've used a three legged puller but it wont move.

You have to use the Yamaha special tool or a cheap copy.
Your Yamaha shop will sell you one.

aaaaagggghhh,3 legged puller,nice way to destroy a external flywheel!!,(or any rotor),bad move dude!,hope it hasn't dislodged the magnets,or deformed the flywheel,like mboddy suggest ,the proper tools the go,it's a common enough yamaha tool,good luck,(check for damage when it's off too)

It finaly came off with a rattle gun.
