I'm interested in how many people push the limit for capacity as prescribed by GCR 12.4.6.
Basically for Periods 1 thru 5 it allows a 5% over capacity so a "125cc" machine could be up to 131cc

We will probably never know.
When was the last time you saw someone's engine measured?
Do we even have a qualified measurer at race meetings?
How many are over the 5% tolerance?
